Eric Santoro

Attorney Santoro has tried cases in front of juries, and became a Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist through the Connecticut Bar Association in 2012.

He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the New London County Bar Association. He also acts as an Arbitrator for the Connecticut Superior Court in New London.

Raised in the Groton area of Connecticut, he is a graduate of Fitch High School, the University of Connecticut and Western Michigan University's Cooley Law School.

Caiti Long

Caiti’s career as a Paralegal began in August 2012. For the first decade she focused primarily on criminal and motor vehicle matters. She has a wide array of experience with Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Probate matters, as well. In 2022, Caiti changed her focus to Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.

Caiti graduated from Griswold High School with high honors in 2011 and completed her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. She went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Criminal Justice. In both high school and college, she maintained a 4.0 G.P.A. In addition, she has a certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling and her Associates in Veterinary Medicine. Caiti is a Notary Public for the State of Connecticut.

Caiti works one on one with clients and answers any questions they have concerning their legal requisites. She prepares all forms, court filings, prepares documents, orders records and corresponds with the Workers' Compensation Commission on hearings and other pertinent issues. With her extensive background and knowledge in the legal field, Caiti has a good understanding of the issues an injury can cause and is always available to listen. Maintaining a good rapport with each client is very important to her.

Caiti has a steadfast loyalty to the legal field, has an unforgiving dedication, and aspires to do an unparalleled job. She has a bona fide place in her heart for each client’s past, present and future affairs and makes it her mission to make each and every person feel like their case is taken seriously.
